The Organo Gold Scam
Sitting here drinking my 2nd cup of coffee I came across a very interesting company called Organo Gold.
I really like this concept for an MLM, considering most MLM's out there are slinging some sort of super-juice! This is a copy cat world and it seems since Monavie has had such tremendous success, everybody and their mother has discovered some plant or fruit in the outer regions of Timbuktu that will cure every illness in the book.
Every MLM needs a unique selling proposition in order to differentiate themselves from the 1000’s of other MLM companies in the same niche.
In a nice spin, Organo Gold has leveraged the power of the magical mushroom called Ganoderma. This mushroom has been used in ancient Asian medicine for over 4000 years. It has been called the mushroom of immortality and the herb of spiritual potency.
Organo Gold uses this magical mushroom in all of their current product line.
Why I Like the Organo Gold Concept
I never drank coffee for my first 30 years on this planet. I’ve never been a morning person and I never understood why people always raved about having their morning coffee. Now that I have a 17 month old daughter that likes to wake up and “play” at 5am I have been forced to become a morning person and now I have to have my coffee in the morning or I am a grumpy guy! Nobody has to sell me on coffee because I like to drink it anyway. This is why I think Organo Gold may be on to something here.
The competition seems rather low for this niche. Although they are in the health and wellness niche, the coffee aspect sets them apart. So far the only other MLM company that offers something similar is Gano Excel.
So Is there an Organo Gold Scam?
First of all, if you think Organo Gold is a scam just because it is an MLM you are wrong. Network marketing is mainstream now. People like Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad Poor Dad), Donald Trump, and Warren Buffett all publicly endorse network marketing. Donald Trump has his own MLM company called Trump Network and Robert Kiyosaki has wrote a very popular book called “The Business of the 21st Century”.
When I am looking to see if a company is a scam I want to know if they have a unique selling proposition and if their compensation is weighted in favor of the representatives.
Organo Gold is not a scam because almost every person you know drinks coffee every single day. You would not have to change the behavior of your prospect to get them to buy or consume your product. This is assuming of course that their coffee does not taste like crap. (I have not confirmed that their coffee is not disgusting).
Organo Golds compensation plan is very similar to most Network Marketing Company comp plans.
I have to say that I am really intrigued by this company. Selling coffee in a direct sales market is really ingenious. If my company didn't market money I'd probably take a better look at joining this company!
Just remember, when you are building your Organo Gold business you will need to recruit business partners. Once you have exhausted your warm market you will undoubtedly look towards the internet to recruit business partners. Make sure you use a system that can brand you as a leader and assist you in generating laser targeted leads on the internet. In my biased opionion there is only one system that can do the job right! My lead System Pro!
I would recommend that instead of chasing your friends and family around to join your business that you learn some sort of marketing skills. If you would like to learn how the top internet marketers in the world market their MLM business click on the link below.
